What's In My Bag?

Image
I don't normally carry around a bag, but when I do, there is always specific things I absolutely need inside! (Yes, you were suppoused to be getting my back to school supplies today. Then my SD card broke, so...) My bag is a Lily Bloom purse, but I'm not sure which design. It was given to me as a gift, and I couldn't find the print online. :( But, I really loved all of the other prints too! What I love is that the bag is made from used plastic water bottles, isn't that cool? I've really been trying to help better the environment, and lessen my carbon footprint, so this is perfect! How do you guys take care of our planet? I would love to know!I normally carry around this bag, but sometimes I switch it up with a couple others. When going on long library/bookstore study trips with Hylla, I normally bring a very large tote bag.  When I can fit it in, I put my bullet journal in my bag. The car ride is a great time to organize your day or week, since you n

My Morning Playlist

-somedays you just have to create your own sunshine- Another thing I am really passionate about is music. I play the viola in my school orchestra, but I also really love listening to music! I feel like music can really make my day go the other way, and make me more peaceful. I don't really have a certain style preference, I listen to anything that I think sounds good! I love Taylor Swift, One Republic, Imagine Dragons, Echosmith, and Pentatonix! :D Here are some of my favorite songs that I love listening to to wake me up in the morning! 1. "22" by Taylor Swift I love Taylor Swift SO MUCH. It isn't even funny. This song is my alarm music, and it wakes me in a jiffy. 2. "All Star" by Smash Mouth Because of Shrek. 3. "Good Time" by Carly Rae Jepsen and Owl City Goodness... My Carly Rae Jepsen phase was epic. 4. "Hot and Cold" by Katy Perry Inside Out :) 5. "Jack Sparrow Theme" by Hans Zimmer It

~"Journaling is like whispering to one's self and listening at the same time"~ Minnie Murray, Dracula Journaling is one of my favorite pass times and hobbies, and is very relaxing. The whole journaling concept could be kind of hard to grasp at first, so here is a quick guide to get you started! -Journal- Any notebook will work! Make sure you find one that speaks to you, or inspires you. I use the Piccadilly Essentials Line Ruled Journal. I got it at Barnes & Nobles Booksellers! -Pens- You can use almost anything to write in your journal! I normally use pens. I have been using the Inkjoy Ballpoint Pens. They are really smooth, and I enjoy using them a lot. I have recently loved using these adorable gel pens from AliExpress. I'm not sure what the proper name is, but I love them! The only thing is that they do smear sometimes, which can sometimes be a pain. :( These Papermate Flair tip pens are awesome for journaling too! They don'

Hey, I'm Reyna and I'll be your tour guide of this awesome blog! Let's start off with some July favorites of mine! This month was really productive for me, and I can't wait to share more of it with you! 1. Something In Between by Melissa De La Cruz I loved this book so so so so so much! I read it on my Kindle Paperwhite, so I wasn't able to take a colored picture. Enjoy this stock photo maybe? This is definitely my favorite cover of the book. :) I think everyone should try to get their hands on this book. It really shines a light on undocumented immigrants, and even if you don't necessarily agree with points mentioned in the book, I think it's still beneficial and enjoyable for anyone. It sucked me in to the point where I couldn't put it down, and finished it in about two day
